This website is operated by Sugati LLC, dba Coping. Sugati LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to the user, conditioned upon acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies.

All products on this site are copyrighted by Sugati LLC and all rights are reserved. The reproduction of our publications in part or in whole by print, electronic distribution, email distribution, or posting on websites, social media or other venues is strictly prohibited. The only exception is the purchase of a digital license to distribute the selected e-booklet in accordance with the terms set forth at the time of purchase.

 

Terms of purchasing and using a Sugati Publications digital license

You may distribute the e-booklet you purchased in its entirety with your unique password (needed to open the file) to your intended recipients in accordance with your license terms and time limits:

• Institutional license--Unlimited distribution up to 6 months before license and password expires.

• Limited, smaller, nonprofit license--Up to 150 e-file shares in 6 months before license and password expires.

 

As a condition of purchasing the license, you agree NOT to:

• Reproduce, copy, print or edit any or all of the content in any format.

• Remove any copyright or licensing notices, expirations or author information.

• Post or upload any of the content on any website or social media.

• Sell copies of the copyrighted material.

• Transfer your license or password to another organization or third party.

 

By purchasing and using our e-booklet files you agree on behalf of your organization to the license terms and to uphold the copyright.  No refunds are available since this purchase involves digital files.

Please keep in mind:  

• Our e-books are copyrighted and all rights are reserved, so reproduction, sharing with other organizations, or posting online are violations of the copyright. 

• Each e-booklet is stamped with your individual license code and is password protected to open the pdf file. 

• Licenses and passwords will expire in accordance with the product license you purchased.

 

We appreciate your respect of the copyright as we are an independent small publisher and woman-veteran owned small business.  We have worked diligently to ensure our products are up-to-date, trauma-informed, culturally appropriate and developed by experts in the field.  Thank you for your understanding and respect of the copyrighted material. 

 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing our publications, you agree to the terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Wix (owned by Google). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. If you prefer not to order online, you may order via mail, email, fax or request a purchase order/invoice in which you will be billed upon completion of your order. Your billing information and personal information is not shared with any other company or individuals.  Your credit card information is not stored or retained.
